You can park at Downtown Merchants Parking and walk to 1212 Broadway. Go to second floor. Tell the receptionist you are there for Experience Unlimited.

If you take BART, it's an easy ride and you're there. Disembark at the 12th Street station and exit at the 13th street exit.  1212 Broadway is only a few steps from the exit.
